What Is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness competition–style training format that combines functional strength movements with endurance-based conditioning. Workouts typically include running or cardio intervals paired with simple, effective movements such as sled pushes, sled pulls, lunges, carries, rowing, and wall balls. The focus is on building stamina, strength, and mental resilience.
While HYROX has a competitive side, the training itself is designed to improve overall fitness and performance for everyday life.
