CrossFit Kids

For ages 6-12

CrossFit Kids is a fun, engaging program designed to help children build strength, coordination, confidence, and healthy movement habits through age-appropriate activities and games. Classes focus on fundamental movements like running, jumping, squatting, throwing, and balancing—all taught in a safe and encouraging environment.

Our program is adaptable for all ability levels, emphasizing teamwork, effort, and confidence over competition. With experienced coaches and a positive community atmosphere, kids learn to move well, stay active, and develop a lifelong love for fitness.

We are also an approved provider through the Step Up For Students program, making it easier for eligible families to access and participate in CrossFit Kids.
