Foundations Program
Our Treasure Coast CrossFit Foundations program is designed to help you build confidence, learn proper technique, and ease into training in a safe and supportive environment.
Whether you’re completely new to fitness, returning after time away, or just new to CrossFit, this program meets you where you are. No experience is needed—just a willingness to learn.
Over the course of several sessions, we’ll introduce you to core movements like squats, presses, and deadlifts, while also teaching important fundamentals such as gym terminology, movement standards, and how classes are structured.
Each session includes:
Hands-on coaching and personalized guidance
Skill work using light or modified weights
Short, manageable workouts that gradually build intensity
You’ll also be introduced to basic conditioning and foundational Olympic lifting mechanics in a way that’s approachable for all fitness levels.
Our coaching style is focused on support, not pressure. We prioritize proper form, safe progressions, and helping you feel comfortable every step of the way—so you never feel overwhelmed or out of place.
By the end of Foundations, you’ll understand how our classes run, feel confident in the movements, and be ready to transition into our regular group classes at your own pace.
What Happens Next?
After completing Foundations, you’ll seamlessly move into our group classes with the support of our coaching team. We’ll help guide you on when you’re ready and continue to provide modifications and coaching as you build strength and confidence.
