June Burpee Challenge

Think you can make it through June?

6/1 = 1 Burpee
6/2 = 2 Burpees
6/3 = 3 Burpees

Keep adding one burpee each day until June 30 = 30 Burpees.

Complete the day’s burpees anytime during the day—before class, after class, at home, or whenever it fits your schedule.

By the end of the month, you’ll have completed 465 burpees!
