WOD & Waffles

Saturday, June 6 at 10:30am

Start the morning with a workout at 10:30am, then stick around afterward for waffles, coffee, and time with your fellow TCCF members. It’s the perfect opportunity to train hard, refuel, and connect with the community.

Schedule for the Day:

  • HYROX: 8:00–9:00 AM

  • CrossFit: 9:30–10:30 AM

  • WOD & Waffles: 10:30 AM
